About Me


My name is Michelle. I have been on this low carb weight loss journey for 2 years now. I have managed to lose 100 pounds! I recently just had my first baby and gained 50 pounds back during my pregnancy. I am looking forward to getting back on track with daily blogging of what I eat and how my activity was during the day. It’s a bug way for me to stay accountable.

A little bit about me. I have been. Overweight my entire life. 2 years ago I was absolutely miserable. I was 432 pounds a d gain g every day. I had terrible eating habits and ate for comfort. I finally decided to change and try low carb. It was the hardest thing I had done but I needed to do it. I’m so happy I did! I was 115lbs down in May 2017 before I found out I was pregnant. Now I’m still really overweight but I’m back on track and I have the best motivation to keep going. My little girl needs a healthy mom and that’s what i plan to be!

The diet I follow is 20g carbs or under a day. I also try not to go o we 2,500 calories. I also drink 80-100 ounces of water a day. I am working on getting my activity up and exercising a lot more. My goal for 2018 is to lose 50 pounds at least! I’m very excited to continue this journey!
