My name is Michelle and I am 22 years old. I have been overweight my entire life. Ive tried different diets and exercises that have never worked. So now I am giving myself one year to lose 100 pounds!
Im starting a low/no carb diets. I will be eating no more than 20g carbs a day. Also I will be staying under 2000 calorie a day. This blog is hopefully going to be motivation for me to keep going even when I do not want to. Everyone has a rock bottom point where they have no choice but to go up. Well this is my rock bottom and this year is my way out.
Here is a little about me. I am a college student in my senior year. I am majoring in Elementary education and will hopefully start teaching January 2017. I have been married for almost two years to my husband who is also doing this diet with me.
Throughout the year I will be posting blogs, recipes, and pictures of my progress. All the recipes I post are more then likely not mine but I will post the link to where I found them and also I will post how I made them and pictures as well.
