Well I completely forgot to post my blog yesterday or this morning. I’m a horrible daily blogger now! But today was good. Me and my husband spent the day together. We went shooting then took a nap together. It’s was a pretty good Saturday. I think we are going to go to the casino for a little bit. We haven’t been in a couple years. Hopefully we will win a little bit (chances are we won’t lol).
Sadly I know when I weigh tomorrow the scale will probably be up. What I call shark week has started and that usually causes me to retain a lot of water. Hopefully it still goes down tomorrow but who knows. I guess we will have to wait and see.
I wanted to cheat so freaking bad today. My grief almost got the best of me. I almost did several times but it just kept popping up in my head that I need to break this habit and keep on track. I really wanted some ice cream. I ended up getting cream cheese and sugar free jello powder and mixingthem together with a little sweeteners to make some sort of cheesecake thing? It was pretty good and still lowish carb.
For breakfast I had a few pepperonis andba bag of pork rinds. 0g carbs and 680 calories.
For lunch I had chicken and cheese. 2g carbs and 400 calories.
For dinner well I guess you could call it dessert. I had low fat cream cheese, sweeteners, and sugar free strawberry jello mixed together. 8g carbs and 560 calories.
Total carbs for the day 10g. Under my 20g carbs goal. Total calories for the day 1240. Right my goal for the too! I did good today even though I wanted to cheat!
I didn’t drink as much water as I should have today. I probably got around 60oz!
