Another day where I feel like I’m alright. I woke up this morning early and I just feel energized. I haven’t felt like this in a while. At least 6 months. I hope this is a sign that the worst is over! School was really rough today. My kids were not on their best behavior. I’m happy today’s over. Tomorrow is the last Friday we have in school for the year. The next four weeks will be 4 day weeks!
My fitbit was actually working today so I was able to track my steps. But I really didn’t walk that much. I sat at my desk doing one on one with students most of the day. I’m going to try tomorrow one way or another to get my goal.
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch I had buffalo tuna. 0g carbs and 140 calories.
For dinner we had steak and pork rinds. 0g carbs and 1,040 calories.
For a snack I had a few hot links. 5g carbs and 600 calories.
Total carbs for the day 5g. Total calories for the day 1,780. Not bad under my 20g carbs goal and over my calorie goal by 180 so also not bad.
I drank 100oz of water today.
