I weighed myself this morning expecting for the scale to go up a couple pounds. I am actually down three. Finally back down to 100lbs down. Hopefully I can keep that going. I did go over my carb count but it was only by 3g carbs.
J went to the gym today but I didn’t do much. I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes and did the bike for a few minutes. Not too much but I’m happy I went.
For breakfast I had left over ham, egg, and cheese cups with chipotle ranch. 5.7g carbs
For lunch I had a double chicken subway salad.10g carbs.
I skipped dinner.
For a snack I had pork rinds with cheese, sour cream, and chipotle ranch. 7g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 23g carbs. Over my carb limit for the day. Hopefully that won’t make me gain.
