Well the day is over and it’s finally spring break! I need a long break after what I’ve been through over past couple months at school and in my personal life I’m ready to just relax for an entire week. Not worrying about whats on the next days lesson plan or what skills am I going to teach next week just completely relaxing. 

I am pretty disappointed in myself. I let my emotions get the best of me. I had a huge cheat day. I’m not proud of myself. I need to try extremely hard this week to lose the weight I put back on from cheat day. Definitely not weighing myself tomorrow or the next day!
