Today was such a long day. Me and my husband stayed up really late to watch the election results. I still had to get up early for school. So I was exhausted all day long. I’m so happy tomorrow is the last day of the week since Veterans Day is on Friday. I need a break. I’ve been so stressed out about finding a job after I graduate.i just want to sit back and breathe for a few minutes.
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs.
For dinner we had steak again. I put southwest dip on mine. 8g carbs.
For a snack I had tuna salad. 4g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 19g.
Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 22% protein, 75% fat. I met both of my goals for the day.
I drank 100oz of water today.
