Today was a good day. School went smoothly. This week I’m teaching a little bit of math and social studies. It’s going pretty well so far. This is a short week. Thank goodness. I just want to relax for a little bit.
I weighed myself this morning and I am down 82lbs! I totally did not expect it to be down. I only have 18lbs left until I’m 100lbs down! I cannot believe how much weight I have lost in such a small amount of time. I just have to keep pushing forward and get where I need to be!
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs.
For dinner we had steak. I put southwest dip and butter on mine. 8g carbs.
For a snack I had turkey bites and tuna salad. 4g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 19g.
Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 31% protein, and 66% fat. I didn’t quite make my macro goal but I haven’t made it the past few days and I have still lost weight. Hopefully it keeps up!
I drank 100oz of water today.
