Today was better. I had a huge cheat day yesterday. I really shouldn’t have but I did. November is coming up this week. A new month, a new chances to make the right decision. I think lately I’ve been so caught up on reaching my goal that I don’t realize how much I have already lost. I was down to 80lbs lost. That’s more then most people lose in their entire lives and I’ve lost it in 8 months. Some times you just need to take a step back, don’t think about goals, and really just look at where you are. From now on I’m not going to stress about my goals. Yes I would love to get to 100lbs down by Christmas Eve but I’m just going to make good choices and if I get there, I get there. If not then I’ll continue to work on it. Stressing will not get me anywhere.
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs.
For dinner we had steak. I put butter and picante sauce on mine. 6g carbs.
For a snack I had a couple fat bombs with ranch. 3.6g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 16.6g.
Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 23% protein, 74% fat. I met both of my goals today.
I drank about 75oz of water today. I didn’t start drinking water until later on the day.
