I am now on fall break. Thank goodness. I need a break from constantly doing something. These next couple days I’m just going to relax. I need to get my house deep cleaned which will not be fun. At least I won’t have to do any school work.
Next week I go to my next student teaching placement. I also enroll for my Masters class. I start those classes in January. I am getting my masters of education in reading. I’m very nervous and very excited about starting those classes.
For breakfast I had left over hamburger and egg cups. 1.4g carbs.
For lunch I had tuna salad with mini bell peppers. 14g carbs.
I wasn’t hungry for dinner.
Total carbs for the day 15.4g.
Total macros for the day 4% carbs, 19% protein, and 77% fat. I met both of my goals for the day.
I drank 100oz of water.
