Today was a good day. I didn’t get to sleep in. For some reason my body just wouldn’t let me. So I got up and started walking so I could get my 10,000 steps in for the day. I did I got 11,000 which I think is my highest o have gotten so far!
Today I ran some errands with my mom, sister, niece, and nephew. We went to a couple different places. Then after that I went to hang out with my friend for a little bit. We hung out at her new house then went to look at Christmas stuff. (No it’s not too early!). I had a pretty good day. Now to enjoy the rest of it on the couch with my husband!
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch o had a chicken, bacon, ranch salad. 8g carbs.
For dinner I had pork chops with butter and sugar free BBQ sauce. 2g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 10g.
Total macros for the day 2% carbs, 24% protein, and 74% fat. I met both of my goals for the day!
So far I have only drank 50oz of water throughout the day. I’m about to start another bottle which will get me to 100oz for the day.
