Day 242

Standard

Today was better. I had a huge cheat day yesterday. I really shouldn’t have but I did. November is coming up this week. A new month, a new chances to make the right decision. I think lately I’ve been so caught up on reaching my goal that I don’t realize how much I have already lost. I was down to 80lbs lost. That’s more then most people lose in their entire lives and I’ve lost it in 8 months. Some times you just need to take a step back, don’t think about goals, and really just look at where you are. From now on I’m not going to stress about my goals. Yes I would love to get to 100lbs down by Christmas Eve but I’m just going to make good choices and if I get there, I get there. If not then I’ll continue to work on it. Stressing will not get me anywhere. 

I skipped breakfast.

For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs. 

For dinner we had steak. I put butter and picante sauce on mine. 6g carbs. 

For a snack I had a couple fat bombs with ranch. 3.6g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 16.6g.

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 23% protein, 74% fat.  I met both of my goals today.

I drank about 75oz of water today. I didn’t start drinking water until later on the day.

Day 241

Standard

I had another cheat day today. I have got to get back in the swing of things. I can’t keep having cheat days. Tomorrow I’m going to get back on track. I’m cutting out dairy again and keeping my carbs low. It’s going to take me awhile to get this cheat day weight off. I will eventually. I have to get back on track. I’ve come so far I can’t keep ruining it like I am. 

Day 240

Standard

It has been a long day!  My nephew had a doctors appointment in Oklahoma city today. It’s an hour and a half there and back. So I was basically in a car for a good portion of the day. I did pretty well on eating even though I was out of town today. I wanted to cheated but I didn’t which was a good choice. I didn’t go over my carbs today but I didn’t keep track of my macros at all. At least I won’t gain but I probably won’t lose either. 

I skipped breakfast.

For lunch I had a double chicken salad. 10g carbs. 

For dinner I had fajitas. No tortillas. I had cheese, salsa, pork rinds, and sour cream. 7g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 17g. 

I also drank 100oz today. 

Day 239- 20lbs to go.

I finally did it. I am 80lbs down as of this morning. I only have 20lbs left until I’m at my 100lbs lost point! I have really struggled lately trying to deal with stress. I have to stay on track of I want to reach my goal before Christmas Eve. 

School was really good today. Everything went really smoothly. I did my whole brain teaching again today. They did really well. This group is a lot more talkative then the last one so I have to figure out the groups but after that I think they will be fine..

For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs. 

For dinner I had pork rinds nachos. 6g carbs. 

For a snack I had a couple slices of cheese and a few fat bombs..6g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 13.6g.

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 22% protein, and 75% fat. I met both of my goals today!

I drank 100oz of water today. 

Day 238

Standard

Today went pretty well. I am so comfortable with these students. It feels like I’ve been there longer BFF we than 2 days. I don’t know if it’s because of the environment at this school or the teacher I’m with but I love it. I actually start teaching this group of students next week. I start with science which is always my strongest subject to teach. I’m very excited.

I’m still not at 80lbs down. Once again I’m hoping for tomorrow. I am trying not to get frustrated because I know a month from now I will lower so I just have to look forward and stay positive.

For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs. 

For dinner we had steak. Mine had butter and hot sauce. 0g carbs. 

For a snack I had a couple fat bombs with Caesar dressing. I also had pork rinds. 2.4g carbs

Total carbs for the day 9.4g.

Total macros for the day 2% carbs, 27% protein, and 71% fat. I didn’t make my macros thanks to the pork rinds but I met my car goal for the day. 

I drank 100oz of water today. 

Day 237

Standard

I could not have had a better day. I started my second student teaching placement today. I love this school. I have been their for observations before but ive never been there for an extended period of time. My new mentor teacher is awesome. We have similar teaching styles and I really enjoy being in her class today. The whole environment is very welcoming. I absolutely love it! 

Being 80lbs down is teasing me. Yesterday I was at exactly 79lbs down. I was expecting to be down to 80 today. I gained .4lbs over night. Not much but still frustrating. I want to be there already! Hopefully tomorrow!

For lunch I had a chef salad. 7g carbs. 

For dinner we had pork chops with butter. I put hot sauce on mine. 0g carbs. 

For a snack I had a few fat bombs with ranch dressing. 4.6g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 11.6g.

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 24% protein, and 73% fat. I didn’t quite make my macros goals today. 

I drank 100oz of water today.   

Day 236-Last day of fall break! 

Standard

Well today was my last day of fall break. I went and met with my mentor teacher today. She’s so nice and we are very similar in our teaching styles so that will make this placement fun. I can’t wait to meet the kids tomorrow. My teacher has told me a little bit about them. I can already tell I’m going to love this group of students as much as I loved my last group of students! I also enroll for my masters classes on Wednesday. I’m very excited. I finally feel like everything is falling into place! 

I am only one pound away from being 80lbs down. I hope I can get there tomorrow. Me and my husband scheduled an appointment with a photographer to recreate our wedding pictures now that we are so much smaller. I want to be 120lbs down by then. The appointment is on March 4th. One more thing to keep me motivated!

For breakfast I had a couple fat bombs with Caesar dressing. 4.8g carbs.

For lunch I had a salad. 11.8g carbs.

For dinner we had pulled pork. I put sour cream and Taco Bell fire sauce on mine. 2g carbs

Total carbs for the day 18.6g.

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 24% protein, 73% fat. I didn’t quite make my macros goal for the day but I was pretty close.
