Day 203- Long day. 

Standard

It was a rough day at school today. I’m honestly just ready for it to be Friday so I can just relax this weekend. I still have to work on my lesson plans for next week. I’m truly stressed out. 

I skipped breakfast today. 

For lunch I had tuna salad and 2 fat bombs..4g carbs. 

For dinner we had chicken tacos. Mine had picante sauce, guacamole, and sour cream. 9g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 9g. 

Total macros for the day 1% carbs,  23% protein, and 76% fat. I met both of my goals today. 

I have only drank 50oz of water today. I am going to drink another 50oz of water before the end of the day.
