Day 212- Good day! 

Standard

Today was a pretty good day. Our class went on an all day field trip around the military base. We saw augmented reality stuff, the hospital on post, and the artillery museum. It’s was really interesting! I atleast got a lot of steps in today! 

I’m so happy I can sleep in tomorrow. I can just relax all weekend. I only have to work on a few things for school but that’s it. I am going to hang out with a friend tomorrow which will be fun! 

I skipped breakfast today.

For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs. 

For dinner we had steak with butter and sugar free BBQ sauce. 2g carbs. 

For a snack I had another salad and a couple fat bombs. 7.8g.

Total carbs for the day 16.8g.

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 22% protein, and 75% fat. Met my goals for the days! 

So far I have drank 75oz of water today. I am going to finish this bottle and I will be at 100oz for the day. 

Day 211

Standard

I can’t believe it’s already Thursday. Where did the week go? I’m really happy this week is almost over though. It’s been a tough one! Also September is almost over. I didn’t make as much progress as I would have liked this month but October will be better!  I’m not going to cheat at all this month. When I’m craving something it will only make me happy for a minute to eat it then it will instant regret so no more of that! 

I’m in a book reading mood lately. Right now I’m reading two books. The treemakers by Christina L. Rozelle and Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix. I absolutely love to read. I definitely get it from my mom who read a ton of books each month!

For lunch I had a salad. 7g carbs. 

For dinner we had chicken. I put butter and sugar free BBQ sauce on mine. 4g carbs. 

For a snack I had a couple fat bombs..8g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 14g. 

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 22% protein, 75% fat. I met both of my goals for the day. 

I have drank 100oz of water today. 

Day 210- Better day. 

Standard

I felt so much better then I did yesterday. Now I’m just coughing but I can breathe through my nose again at least. Hopefully tomorrow that will be better too. 

I am so close to being 75lbs down. I am so excited. This has been a tough month because I cheated so much. At least I am back to where was minis some.  I am finishing off this month right. I’m eating right this week and watching my macros.

Day 209- Sick day. 

Standard

I only stayed at school until noon today. My allergies were acting up. My nose is stuffed up, I have a headache, and a small fever. So I went home early. Our students has tests so I didn’t have to teach. Tomorrow I have to review math concepts with them because they have another test on Thursday. I cannot believe the past 6 weeks have completely flown by. In another 6 weeks I will graduate and be a certified teacher!  It’s completely crazy! 

I really hope I feel better tomorrow. I only have 8 school left at my first placement. I don’t want to miss anymore days. I’m going to start taking vitamins so I won’t be sick very much anymore.

For dinner we had pork chops with melted butter and sugar free BBQ sauce. 2g carbs. 

For a snack I had 2 fat, pork rinds, and a couple turkey hotdogs. 7.4g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 9.4g.

Total macros for the day 1% carbs, 26% protein, 73% fat. Met both of my goals today! 

So far I have only drank 60oz of water today. I’m going to finish this bottle and I will be at 100oz for the day. 

Day 208- Rough day. 

Standard

Today was a rough day. My allergies were bothering me all day. My throat was scratchy and my nose was runny. I love this fall weather but it makes my allergies go crazy. 

I still need to go back to the gym. I haven’t been in a while. I have been tracking my steps on my fitbit. Today I got to 10,000 steps around 5:00. So that  was pretty good today. 

I skipped breakfast.

For lunch I had tuna salad and two fat bombs. 4.4g.

For dinner I had a Taco bowls. Mine had ground beef, cheese, sour cream, picante sauce,and guacamole.  8g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 12.4g.

Total macros for the day 2% carbs, 21% protein,  77% fat. I met both of my goals today. 

I’ve got about 25oz of water left to drink for the day. I will be at 100oz before I go to bed. 

Day 207- 27lbs to go! 

Standard

I expected to be a few more pounds down by now but I will take 73lbs lost! I am going to be good this week. No cheating and I’m going to watch my macros all week. I want to continue to lose weight. No more set backs from now on. I just have to focus keep my eye on my 100lbs goal then get there!

For lunch I had a salad and a couple turkey hotdogs. 13g carbs. 

For dinner I had pork chops with butter and sugar free BBQ sauce. 2g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 15g. 

Total macros for the day 3% carbs, 23% protein, and 74% fat. Met both of my goals today. 

I’ve only got 10 more ounces before I’m at 100oz for the day. 

Day 206

Standard

I’m really excited that I am finally making progress again. I can wait to weigh myself in the morning and see what it says. I know for sure over this next week I will finally be 75lbs down. I’m want to be 80lbs down by next Sunday but I’m not going to get my hopes up!  I’m so close to my 100lbs goal I can taste it!  Even though I’ve lost this much weight I still don’t physically see it. Everyone else always tells me I look like I’ve lost a ton of weight but I don’t see it when I look in the mirror. I don’t know I guess it’s hard for me to see it because I’ve been big for so long.

For lunch I had a salad, pork rinds and mascarponi. 7g carbs. 

For dinner I had chicken with butter and peppercorn ranch. 2g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 9g.

Total macros for the day 1% carbs, 25% protein, and 74% fat. I met both of my goals for the day! 

I have drank a little over 50oz of water. I am going to try and drink another bottle but as late as it is I will probably still get leg cramps tonight. Let’s hope not!
