I hate sitting in a classroom all day doing nothing but listening to people talk. That’s what my entire week is going to look like! Thank goodness there is only 3 days left!
Me and my mom went to the gym again today. I just did elliptical. I went 35 minutea but I slowed pace. I only went 2.25 miles. Considering o went a longer time. I really slowed pace. Im not sure how many calories I burned. I forgot to put my weight into the machine so I didn’t tell me how many I burned.
For breakfast I had turkey bacon with coconut oil and 2 bacon and egg fat bombs. .4g carbs.
For lunch chicken tenders with ranch and another two fat bombs. 1.4g carbs.
For dinner we had pork chops with sugar free BBQ sauce. 1g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 2.8g carbs.
Total macros for the day 1% carbs, 25% protein, 74% fat. Met both of my goals today.
I havent drank as much water as usual today. So far I’ve only drank about 60oz. Only 40oz more to go for the day.
