I woke up today and my knee was killing me. I was just going to skip the gym today and I was fully prepared to not to go today. About noon I just got a random burst of energy out of no where. I decided that I should spend this energy at the gym. So me and my sister went and worked out. I went on the elliptical today. I went for a little over two miles. I did it for 30 minutes and burn a little over 400 calories. I also did arm weights again since my knee was hurting a little still. I’m really proud of myself!
I’m really hoping when I weight myself in the morning that I have lost some weight. I’m trying my best this week. I really want to reach my goal by my birthday but as of right now it doesn’t seem like its going to happen.
For breakfast I had a few slices of turkey bacon. 0g carbs.
For lunch I had pork rinds with sugar free BBQ sauce. 4g carbs.
For dinner we had ground beef, sausage, broccoli, and Alfredo skillet. 6g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 10g carbs. That’s my new goal for the next week or two!
I have already drank 130oz of water today!
