Well I went back up to Oklahoma City again today. I had to drive my step mom to a doctors appointment up there. This is my second time this week driving to the city. We were up there pretty much all day so when we got home we just decided to watch movies all night.
I’m kind of on a plateau with my weight loss. I went from losing 9-17lbs a month to 4lbs lost this month. I did have a bunch of cheat days this month though. I really need to start exercising everyday and going to the gym a lot more. I really want to meet my goal of being at my 75lbs mark by September 2nd. I have to get there!
I skipped breakfast. (Wasn’t hungry).
For lunch I had the Monterey ranch chicken fajitas with guacamole and sour cream. 17g carbs.
For dinner I just had cubed beef with hot sauce. 0g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 17g. Way more than I expected but still under my daily limit.
I have only drank 60oz of water so far today. I just have to drink 40oz more to be at my 100oz for the day.
