Day 138- Good Workout! 


Today I was motivated to work on my goal even more. Me and my sister went to this gym this morning. I’m trying to get her to do this with me. We both have been overweight our entire lives. I’m living a healthier lifestyle and I want her to do that also. Hopefully I can motivate her to do this with me for herself and her children. 

At the gym I did the elliptical.  I went a mile in 13 minutes. I also burned 170 calories. I did a couple planks too so I could work on my abs a little bit. I also did all the arm weights they had. I’m so worried about loose skin on my arms. It’s already starting to get loose and I’ve only lost 60lbs. I can’t imagine what it’s going to look like when I get to my 100lbs mark. I think I’m going to try and come again tomorrow and do leg day. I’m not too worried about my legs as of right now but I know later on they will get loose too. I do think I got a good workout today because I can barely lift my arms! 

For breakfast I had a couple pieces of turkey bacon. 0g carbs. 

For lunch I had tuna salad with real Mayo and pork rinds. 0g carbs. 

For dinner we had pork chops. 0g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 0g carbs. Shockingly enough I had no carbs today. 

I have drank about 75oz of water so today. Once I finish this 50oz bottle I’ll be at 100oz for the day.
