I fell asleep really early last night which means I woke up early this morning. I decided to go weigh myself at my moms then come back home and start cleaning. There is only 2 more days until we sign the lease for the new house. Between today and tomorrow I have a whole list of stuff to get done. Me andbmy sister got the garden completely done and we cleaned everything in the kitchen.
After my husband got home we went to his moms house. I ended up cheating on the way there. I had a little bit of ice cream and a cream cheese Danish. I know I’ll regret it tomorrow but I can’t take it back now. I just have to get back on track tomorrow.
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch I had a couple turkey hotdogs and pork rinds with salsa. 13.5g carbs.
For dinner I had grilled chicken. 0g carbs.
Total carbs for the day (beside the cheat food) 13.5g and with cheat food 80.5g. I mean honestly it could have been worse.
I have drank 50oz of water so far. I’m worked on another 50oz bottle right now so I should be at 100oz by the end of the day.
