Day 151- 38lbs to go!!

Well I lost 6lbs this month which makes 62lbs overall. I cheated a lot this month because of stress and I’ve been emotional. I know next month will be better considering I won’t be home all day and bored. I have to lose 13lbs on the month of August to reach my 75lbs mark by my birthday (September 2nd). I know I can do it I just have to stay focused and not cheat! 

I could not sleep last night at all! I didn’t go to the gym like I wanted to. I was just too tired to go. I didn’t even go to church today because I was tired. Hopefully I can sleep better tonight. 

For breakfast I had turkey bacon. 0g carbs. 

For lunch I had tuna salad with pork rinds. 0g carbs. 

For dinner we had Taco bowls. I had ground beef, cheese, picante sauce, sour cream,  and red bell pepper. 9.3g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 9.3g. Way under my goal for the day. 

I’m half way through a 50oz bottle of water. So right now I’m at 75oz. After this bottle I’ll be at 100oz for the day.

Day 150- Good workout!

I woke up pretty early this morning. I’m not sure why but I was nervous to get on the scale. I always get paranoid when we eat out because I don’t exactly how many carbs are in what I ate. I’m hoping when I weight tomorrow morning it won’t go up. 

Me and my husband went to the gym this morning.i went on the elliptical for 13 minutes. I went a mile and burned 190 calories. It was also arm day. So we did all the arm weights again. It felt good. I feel like I got a good workout! Hopefully I’ll come back tomorrow morning before church.

For breakfast I had a few slices of turkey bacon. 0g carbs. 

For lunch I had a Cobb salad. 5g carbs. 

For a snack I had pork rinds with picante. 3g carbs. 

For dinner we had hot sausage, ground beef, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. 9g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 17g. Under my limit for the day.

I drank 100oz of water today. 

Day 149- Have to get there!

Well I went back up to Oklahoma City again today. I had to drive my step mom to a doctors appointment up there. This is my second time this week driving to the city. We were up there pretty much all day so when we got home we just decided to watch movies all night. 

I’m kind of on a plateau with my weight loss. I went from losing 9-17lbs a month to 4lbs lost this month. I did have a bunch of cheat days this month though. I really need to start exercising everyday and going to the gym a lot more. I really want to meet my goal of being at my 75lbs mark by September 2nd. I have to get there! 

I skipped breakfast. (Wasn’t hungry).

For lunch I had the Monterey ranch chicken fajitas with guacamole and sour cream. 17g carbs. 

For dinner I just had cubed beef with hot sauce. 0g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 17g. Way more than I expected but still under my daily limit. 

I have only drank 60oz of water so far today. I just have to drink 40oz more to be at my 100oz for the day. 

Day 148- Refreshed 

Standard

I woke up this morning really refreshed. I slept really good last night and I really don’t know why. After I got dressed I went to clean out my car. I cleaned it out, vacuumed and dusted it. I looks really nice now. After that I hung out with my sister until my husband got home. 

Tomorrow I have to take my step mom to her doctors appointment. Im not looking forward to driving but at least I’ll be out of the house! 

For breakfast I had pork rinds and salsa. 3g carbs. 

For lunch I had turkey burger patties with mayo and mustard. 0g carbs. 

For dinner we had tacos. Mine had ground beef, Taco sauce, and sour cream. 8.5

Total carbs for the day 11.5g. Under my limit for the day. 

I have drank 100oz for the day. 

Day 147

Standard

I spent most of the day driving. We went up to Oklahoma City for my nephews doctors appointment this afternoon. It went pretty well. I was ready to get home and see my husband. 

I have a lot to do tomorrow. I have to do laundry and get the house picked up.  Most importantly I have to clean my car out. It’s been a long time since I’ve cleaned my car. So tomorrow it has to get done.

I skipped breakfast.

For lunch I had a double chicken salad from subway. 6g carbs. 

For dinner we had garlic Parmesan chicken again. I put a little bit of sugar free BBQ sauce on mine. 6g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 12g. Way under my goal. 

I only have about 10oz of water left to drink before I reach 100oz for the day. 

Day 146

Standard

I took my last final for my summer classes today. I’m happy all these classes are over and I can just relax untill August 8th which is when I go back to school for student teaching. I’m so nervous about it. I just hope everything will be OK! 

Tomorrow is going to be tough on my diet because me, my sister, and my nephew have to go to Oklahoma City for my nephews doctors appointment. I’m going to try to be a good as I can I do not want to have a gain again this week. 

For breakfast I had turkey bacon. 0g carbs. 

For lunch I had some pork rinds with picante  and a salad. 9g carbs. 

For dinner we had steak with sugar free BBQ sauce and steamed broccoli. 6g carbs. 

Total carbs for the day 15g. Under my day limit. 

I started drinking water early today. I drank 100oz.
