Day 118- Arm day!


Today was my last day of my on campus class!  Now I can relax and do my class work whenever I want. This summer is going by so fast I can’t believe it. Only a little over a month until I am student teaching.

Me and my husband went to the gym again today. I did 15 minutes in the elliptical. I went a little over a mile and burned 197 calories. We also did arm day today. I really worked my arm. The skin on my arms are starting to get loose.  I don’t want to have a bunch of loose skin when I lose all this weight. Hopefully I will build enough muscle my skin will shrink with the fat loss. I realized I hardly really weak arms so I definitely have to keep working on them.

For breakfast I had a few slices of turkey bacon. 0g carbs.
For lunch I had a couple turkey hotdogs with mustard. 6g carbs.
For dinner I had Caesar chicken. My husband had cheesy bacon wrapped chicken. Mine had 4g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 10g.
That’s half my limit for the day!

I didn’t start drinking water until later in the day. I want to say it was around 3. So far I have drank 50oz of water. I’m starting another 50oz bottle right now. I will be at 100oz at the end of the day.
