I’m only 6lbs from my half way mark! I am only 3 and a half months in! I know I will lose 100lbs this year. I can feel it! It’s been a real struggle the last month and a half for some reason. O just have to keep focused and keep making progress!
I spent the morning at school decorating for the camp next week! I love my groups room. It is so cute! I’m so excited about it. I was nervous at the beginning of the semester and now I can’t wait until Monday. Our team has a lot to do Monday morning but we will definitely be able to get it done. I hope we can give these kids an awesome camp experience.
I skipped breakfast today.
For a late lunch I just had a small bag of sweet heat pork rinds. 0g carbs.
For dinner we had bunless burgers. Mine were turkey and had pickles and sugar free BBQ sauce on top. We also had steamed broccoli. 4g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 4g.
Way under my daily limit!
I didn’t start drinking until later in the afternoon. I forgot my water bottle in the car while we were decorating our classroom. I did manage to drink 100oz today though!
