My day started off good. I woke up early and cleaned up the house a little bit. I also cleaned my disaster of an office. So it looks nice now! After I cleaned up a bit I picked up my best friend and we went grocery shopping since I have class tomorrow morning which I’m excited about because we get to decorate our classroom for camp! After shopping we tried to make smores with tin foil and sunlight. It took forever so I can’t do it for camp for my students.
I’m very excited about weigh in day tomorrow. I know I’ve made progress this week! I can’t wait to find out how much progress tomorrow! This week has been different. I’m happier. I haven’t gotten upset when the scale wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I think I’m finally accepting that it will take time to lose weight. It’s not a race. I do want to lose 100lbs this year but if I don’t it doesn’t matter as long as I’m still making progress.
I skipped breakfast. It’s grocery shopping day!
For lunch I had some sweet heat pork rinds and a salad with bacon, hard boiled egg, and ham with blue cheese. 5g carbs.
For snack I had a sugar free wedding cake snowcone. 5g carbs.
For dinner we had pork chops with sugar free BBQ sauce and broccoli. 8g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 18g.
