Today marks 1/3 of a year since I started this low carb journey. I am already over half way to my goal of losing 100lbs in 1 year! I can’t wait to see where I am a year from now. This journey so far has been tough but completely worth it! I’m excited about weigh in day tomorrow! I can’t wait to see where I am at! I feel like I have gotten my motivation back lately.
I did a lot of packing today. I got our kitchen packed up and all the clothes I don’t wear normally packed, clothes I do wear regularly washed, and got estimates for carpet and pest control. We are moving next weekend! We’ve got so much to do before then!
I skipped breakfast.
For lunch I had a bag of obertos bacon jerky. 2.5g carbs.
For dinner we had steak with sugar free BBQ sauce and broccoli. 8g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 10.5g. Way under my carbs goal!
I have only drank 50oz so far. I just filled up my second 50oz bottle so I should get to 100oz before then end of the day.
I had a bunch of stuff to get done today. First I had to take our dog to get her rabies shot and find her paperwork for her being fixed. I got that done pretty quickly. Then I had to start on our flower beds. We have to have clear flower beds before we move out of this house. It looked like a jingle this morning. Now it only look half like a jungle. I didn’t realize how much work it would be to get all this up. I filled up our entire trash can on just half of it.
Tomorrow is going to be a long day. I have to run all my errands tomorrow because Friday me and my sister are taking my niece and nephew to the zoo! That should be fun hopefully I don’t get sunburnt.

For dinner we had Taco bowls.mine had a little bit of cheese, salsa Verde and chili lime cholula. I also had a couple turkey hotdogs.6g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 6g. That is less than half of my daily limit!
I started drinking water as soon as I woke up today. I didn’t get to my 100oz yesterday like I planned and I had leg cramps last night because of it. So I am making sure I need that goal today. So far I have drank about 1 1/2 50oz bottles of water! I know I’ll make 100oz today.
So I weighed myself this morning on my scale and it said I gained 10lbs over night! Not at all possible considering I didn’t cheat yesterday. So I went over to my moms to use her scale and it was around the right number. Looks like I will have to buy another scale or figure out what’s wrong with mine.
We went to go look at houses today since we are going to sign our lease somewhere at the end of July. We found one we love! We got our application approved and now we have to wait and see if the landlord will let us out of our lease a few weeks early. I’m praying they will!

For dinner we had bunless burgers. Mine were turkey burgers.mine had a fried egg on top and a little bit of maple brown sugar free BBQ sauce. 3.5g carbs.

I didn’t start drinking water until around 2:30 which is super late for me. I just finished only 50oz bottle and I’m starting another one now. I should be at 100oz by the end of the day.
Today was my last day of my on campus class! Now I can relax and do my class work whenever I want. This summer is going by so fast I can’t believe it. Only a little over a month until I am student teaching.
Me and my husband went to the gym again today. I did 15 minutes in the elliptical. I went a little over a mile and burned 197 calories. We also did arm day today. I really worked my arm. The skin on my arms are starting to get loose. I don’t want to have a bunch of loose skin when I lose all this weight. Hopefully I will build enough muscle my skin will shrink with the fat loss. I realized I hardly really weak arms so I definitely have to keep working on them.
For breakfast I had a few slices of turkey bacon. 0g carbs.
For lunch I had a couple turkey hotdogs with mustard. 6g carbs.
For dinner I had Caesar chicken. My husband had cheesy bacon wrapped chicken. Mine had 4g carbs.
Total carbs for the day 10g.

I didn’t start drinking water until later in the day. I want to say it was around 3. So far I have drank 50oz of water. I’m starting another 50oz bottle right now. I will be at 100oz at the end of the day.
This morning me and my husband went to the gym. I haven’t been in months. I’m going to try to go at least 4 times a week until school starts after that I’ll have to figure it out. I did the elliptical for 15 minutes. I only went a little over a mile and burned 190 calories. We also did leg day. It felt really good! I love going to the gym with my husband. He makes it fun!
After the gym we went to church. It was a pretty good service. Then me and my husband went home and watched some movies. Overall it was a pretty good day. Tomorrow is my last on campus class for the summer. I just have to pass my online classes.

For dinner we had bunless sloppy Joe’s and steamed broccoli. 14g carbs.

I just finished my first 50oz bottle of water. Im starting on my next bottle right now. I know I will get to 100oz by the end of the day!
As of this morning I have lost 47lbs! I’m very excited! My goal is to reach 50lbs lost by July first! I think I will be able to do it. Im so close I only have three more pounds to lose! After I lose those three pounds I will be half way done with my year goal! I may be able to lose more than 100lbs this year! My next goal will be to be at 75lbs lost by my birthday which is September 2nd. I think that will be the best birthday present to myself!
Today I ate something I wasn’t supposed to but it wasn’t even a full carb. So now I hoping it won’t make me stall. I had one piece of those Dove blueberries that are covered in chocolate. It was a tiny piece so it shouldn’t be too bad at least I hope not. Its a lot better then what I wanted to eat. Everyone at my moms house had pizza last night. I wanted a left over piece so bad. It was the new cheeseburger and mushroom Swiss pizzas from Papa Johns. I didn’t have a piece even though I really wanted to.

For lunch I had pork rinds and dip. The dip was made out of sour cream, salsa Verde, and picante sauce. 6g carbs.
For dinner we had salsa chicken. I also had broccoli with a little bit of sugar free BBQ sauce. 7g carbs.
