Parmesan zucchini!

This recipe is super easy and delicious! I have made this twice and both times I loved it. It is very low carb. I can make a whole tray of these and the entire tray only have a little over 8g carbs.

The ingredients:

2 zucchinis

2 cups Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp parsley flakes

1 tbsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

First you need to preheat your oven to 375°.

Then cut your zucchini in half then in spears. Each half should make about 8 spears.

Next place then on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with none stick cooking spray.

Then sprinkle the cheese mixture on top of the zucchini until all the piece have cheese on them.

Finally put them in the oven for about 10 minutes or less. Take them out when the cheese around the sides of the pan start to turn brown.
